Condo Conversion is amazing if you have the knowledge of how easily sell the condos to investors and owner occupiers.

Knowledge is truly power in this industry and to build a solid client base you need to be able to add value to the deal.

My problem is this, I am ready and the only thing that stops me is I am not the one with the money, but I have the drive and knowledge.
