Also take into consideration I have no idea any terminology nor do I understand even how to go about buying a house.I hope everyone understands I am a beginner (just like you were) and I am trying to build a solid foundation of knowledge first.PS: for those who are going to remind me "experience tops book knowledge" or "Just do it" or “buy low, sell high”......ect please don’t post; I am looking for people who can help.
