Who ever might be a little interested in selling their home, they will call and we will talk about what it would take for them to sell.

So I am in talks to have her do the work for me so many times a week.I have used Fiveer and the like but do not like it.

Also, when I was talking to my mortgagee about refinance, it sounded like if you take cash out of a refi, you pay a little higher rates. 

I'm guessing your best bet is to talk an association attorney, obviously one that has experience with co-ops.

The private money is within the family- We haven't sat down and talked numbers yet (still waiting on more details of the deal) but it wouldn't be exorbitant.

I talked to several property managers in Asheville and the going rate seems to be 10% but, aside from the local company, I have not found any who will manage properties as far north as above Mars Hill.I have decided to make my rental a long term rental and save the short term rental headaches.
