@Reshay GreenCheck out an app called “meet up” you can see local investor groups where a lot of them all they do is present wholesale deals and you can get other investors emails to add them to your email list for your next deal.

I say show me the money, who you are , and where we can meet in person. if anyone asks you for a dime in advance that happens to be against the law, so be careful.
