Apparently this GM and his crew didn't put down painters blankets or sheets to catch the old window's glass when it was broken out in order to install the new double pane windows.

Siding- Replace or power wash.I'm gonna stop here cause quite frankly thats just too many pictures to digest, I would remove all panel and install drywall and paint neutral but that me.Again research what it takes to sell a rehab in your area and incorporate those into yours.

I've given away old mirrors, light fixtures, cabinets, vanities, anything that is metal or can be recycled, window treatments, I've sold kitchen cabinets, counter tops, anything left behind by the sellers: sofas, old lawn mower, rugs, lamps, old appliances even the kitchen sink!

I see he converted it to gas heat, but I think in my experience that new windows, and installing electric baseboard heat which the tenants pay is the way to go.
