Jose,I have done small projects 30,000 and large projects 1,000,000 using private money.When looking for private money you have to start by networking, ask around to people in the industry if they know anyone who lends private money.

Like most, I have listened to the Bigger Pockets podcast for quite some time while further educating myself about the industry.

The problem I come to is that the land the old house is on in zoned industrial with a use of multifamily.

just trying to learn as much about the industry before I invest.
