Hoping theres something out there that has an All in One style and not as expensive as the leading Accounting softwares out there now (quickbooks, freshbooks, xero, etc) - If any of these are your suggestions, then please let me know why, so I can make an honest decision if I truly want to spend that type of money down the road.Tracking accounts payable/receivables, generating proposal/invoices that can be electronically signed, approved and immediately returned to me.

If your tenant is leaving soon and you’re just looking to replace them with a new tenant, and you really can’t wait for them to leave before starting to show the unit, then I would coordinate a few time windows with the tenant when you can host open house-style showings.
