Charlotte market for BRRRR properties

Hello all,

I was wondering if any BP'ers had any insight into the Charlotte, NC market (and surrounding area's). Looking to set up shop in this area and wanted to learn more about the lay of the land and just what all the market is looking like there. Specifically for SFH and MFH that fit the more BRRRR styled model.
