Any time you can add more housing to the same lot, it's a good idea, but you first want to check with the city to see if you can and what you will need to assess those costs.

I'd be looking for meetup groups of investors and start handing out business cards that say you are an investor looking for private deals to contribute to. sometimes its just 3-5 investors on a small house/STR

Are these related to the air conditioners, or do they control the electricity for the entire house? 

I havent done any Habitat Loans but form most DPA Programs in Florida if the refinance the mortgage or sell the house they have to pay back the grant.But they all work different. 

I would like to converse with the owner on cost, process, hassle, lessons learned, etc but only the agent is at the open house.
