I'm definitely getting more education and investing in more liens, not only for passive income but as a vehicle to acquire properties as I've come a long way in my investment business and do actively buy and sell houses. 

I had the exact same issue on my split level house hack.

Us property managers have to stick together, it's a crazy industry. 

Have her drop off the cheque at a set location and time halfway between where you live and the rental (or her work) or go by the house to pick it up. 

I’m not sure they handle individual owners or just apartment and residential property managers?

i was exploring and saw some of the neighborhoods in kyle, Tx has school ratings like 8 and brand new houses in the range of 300K with potential rents at $2200 per month so overall making them cash flow positive. however, i am not sure why Kyle is a popular place. it is mid way between austin and san antonio but that does not seem to be a strong enough reason. 

They also listed your house as 2100 square feet it’s all over the place.

Housing is a sh*t show in Massachusetts.

My plan was to put down 35% while she would cover the remaining 65%.However, the seller has requested to be in escrow for 45-60 days so that he can complete a 1031 exchange and use the proceeds to buy another house within that period.
