Chico does have some other businesses with big draws such as Enloe Medical Center, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Build.com, United Health Care as well as many Agriculture products like Almonds, Rice, Walnuts etc.

Uh oh... you must not have read Scott's book "Set for Life" yet, you'd get eternally mocked for pursuing financial freedom and not putting down the video games.Be patient with out of state deals and setting up your network.

We would also prefer our rental income equals 100% of our living expenses but for now, it does equal our living less healthcare costs.This will likely take us a few years since we also want to build our flip bank account to no longer require lenders.

Also, having a steady salary could likely give me more freedom.

It's been a crazy year and I've never taken as much risk and been as vulnerable as I am now, putting faith in God that financial freedom is his plan and taking massive action.
