I found Bigger Pockets by searching for real estate podcasts and started listening to the shows.

I was curious if anyone had any suggestions for agents in the Southern New Hampshire area that I could meet up with and start my search with.

If the self search does not turn productive, try the paid service on CoreLogic which gives a summary information on the property interest details.

I have been browsing through google and yelp reviews but I see good and then I also see the bad reviews in detail description.  

Hello All,I know that Master Lease Options have been discussed a ton on here, but after searching endlessly I couldn't find anything addressing some specific concerns/questions I had so here it goes...The potential seller is a full time firefighter who has 3 very involved kids and is also a part owner of restaurants across the country with his brother.

@Jason DiClemente I purchased the property in all cash...It seems to me from searching around BP that with a cash purchase the seasoning period may not even be needed?
