When the property owners get frustrated they offer to “help you” get out of bad situations and we just don’t like that because it just seems that they don’t want to manage homes, they just want to keep a cycle going of buying and selling so their brokerage can keep busy but that’s just our opinion from what we’ve observed and experienced.
