It is an illusion.And this is what frustrates me the most...

I am really getting frustrated with my RE experience.

The 2nd agent you mentioned could also be frustrated with their seller or the situation of trying to sell their listing and took it out on you.  

With the money from the DST, we'll most likely get back into a cabin down there again in a couple years but only rent to family and friends.Even with all the frustrations, every year I would ask myself if I would do it again and the answer was always yes. 

@Adam Tafel Really appreciate your take on this piece, I read this absurd article a while back and it really frustrated me.

When the property owners get frustrated they offer to “help you” get out of bad situations and we just don’t like that because it just seems that they don’t want to manage homes, they just want to keep a cycle going of buying and selling so their brokerage can keep busy but that’s just our opinion from what we’ve observed and experienced.

It was very frustrating constantly talking about a deal that never seemed to close.No One Cares About Your Business More Than YouThe seller’s lawyer takes forever to respond, habitually. 10 days to respond here, 6 days to respond there.

Account Closed Sounds like out of state might be my best move to prevent further frustration lol

I wanted her to be my partner in the business but it just wasn't her thing.This frustrated me at first, but I had a friend that told me to be grateful that my wife trusted me enough to quit my job, and make important business decisions without her involvement.
