Broker's like to fluff up a deal as much as possible, and investors like to tear it down to the bones.Like Mike, I also find deals at 50% of value, and I keep some for myself but I feed most of them to other investors.

(Hope she doesn't see this)I have a strategic map of where I want to get to, but I felt a lack of the human capital with my circle of associates because they continued to feed off of my education/mistakes but never offered anything in return so I acknowledged that I needed a paradigm shift and I have been looking for like minded individuals since that epiphany.

I'll contact the others that I've spoken to on other DE feeds who want to meet and let them know.  

Realtor.com has the most accurate MLS feed.

But that's just feeding rhetoric with rhetoric, right?

I am told we can easily put a truck stop, a feed store, a Tractor Supply type place would be easily allowable, Even a legal marijuana farm is allowed.

I learned in real estate a long time ago that small deals with certainly feed you.
