I bought Kris Krohn's book a few months back and have been watching his video but couldn't tell if it is one of those scammy guru programs or good.

I am a new want to be investor in north jersey and i have been reading , listening to podcasts, and watching youtube videos to gain as much knowledge as possible within the last 3 months.

Also at the same time, you should use that opportunity to setup your estate planning as it is easy to incorporate it in your asset protection plan.I would also encourage you to watch the Youtube channel of Clint Coons that has plenty of very good videos that would give you a good overview of different strategies.

@Wade Megan I’ve purchased all my properties without seeing them haven’t regretted it yet, sometimes it’s not possible to be there in person but with technology now you can do video walkthroughs , detailed photos , have an inspection of course and talk directly to the inspector in depth after he’s done, use an agent you can trust who understands your situation.

I've been reading the Rich Dad series since I was 17 years old (I'm now 30), and have read articles here and there, watched a few videos, and even attended a Than Merrell 3-day workshop but backed out at the $50,000 price tag on their continued 'education'.

Check out Mark Kohler videos on YouTube, he is a CPA and Attorney and describes in layman terms the advantage.
