If they ask about credit criteria for example, you can then have a good indication they won't be a good fit.3.

It rents for $1750/month and has had the same excellent tenant for years.

Amber has an incredible amount of experience in all aspects of managing properties and her husband Rick is excellent at finding value-add properties that others miss. 

Regardless he would certainly be a good resource for some names if he's not a good fit for the matter. 

Also since we are repeat customers, our normal AC guy usually finds a way to fit us in.And no we wont offer a hotel, or file a claim on insurance.I wouldn't offer to refund money, otherwise the tenant would have an incentive to mess with the unit the next time they were short on rent.Now we do our best to get an AC guy in fix something as soon as possible, usually we have a heating or AC issue fixed or the unit replaced within 24-48 hours.  

I I have some excel and programming skills while I also have spent some time analyzing processes.
