I am currently handling everything manually with excel but need to stream line processes and listings to make things simpler.

@Sam Leon , some excellent points were made:Confirm your insurance by @Eugene Hoffman & @Elizabeth Colegrove advice to find the 'real reason'I'm with @Beth L. , a little flexibility can have bonus results.

One of the nice things about Microsoft project, is that you can export directly to Excel.

I however am an excellent renter, never late and wanted to know if we could somehow take advantage of this and get this great payment history put on our credit report.

Jason's post is excellent and Paul's post is spot-on too.The only thing I would add is that having positive operating leverage and keeping debt on property is one of the only true hedges for inflation as well.

I think Word, Excel, and .pdf files would cover most of what people would like to share. .ppt files may make sense in some instances too.
