Jason's post is excellent and Paul's post is spot-on too.The only thing I would add is that having positive operating leverage and keeping debt on property is one of the only true hedges for inflation as well.

I think Word, Excel, and .pdf files would cover most of what people would like to share. .ppt files may make sense in some instances too.
