They were in the way of him building a new house.And still another time I had a neighbor's electrical service lines running in the air across my property and I had no ability to force her to move it (instead I paid for underground conduit to be installed and eventually they were moved underground).

If you are using your HELOC for a downpayment, your rent needs to cover the cost of your new mortgage, HELOC and expenses.I'm analizing a lot of deals now; must have looked at close to 100 over the course of the last week and this method makes it tough to find a property that makes sense numbers wise, however there have been quite a few that have been break-even given this scenario so i know there will eventually be one that provides some cash flow, even when using a HELOC, i just have to find them.Good luck!

They are saying your request is cancelled and you owe us $80.Now I'm concerned about the legality of the document and if I'm obligated to pay more than the deposit in this condition when I eventually agreed to move in on the decided move in date.I'm ok paying them to avoid the situation of them reporting me to any Credit bureaus for $80 but I'm curious about the legality of the document.
