We are a new Investment team ,We have been in the painting business for over 9 years ,my partner has been in construction and I have done a great deal of staging ,reconditioning of homes for 10 years ,The 4 of us each have skills that have lead us to investing ,right now we just need to build or funds so that one out of 20 leads I find ,I can actually close ....

I have a clear vision of what I want the middle and later stages to look like, but I am still looking at how to start and build a strong foundation.
