Best case scenario it's a scum bag lender that you don't want to use, but most likely a scam. its a scammer / crook they have infiltrated all the real estate websites and social media.. the ONLY thing a legit lender would ask for on a vanilla type real estate loan IE not a big commercial project that takes a huge undertaking to spread and underwrite.. 

Hi Bigger Pockets community, I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for free or low cost electronic signature processing platforms that I can use.

They have some very talented people one of which @Michael Glaspie I follow on social media as a military investor.

We have two billboards, social media platforms and network as best as we can with Covid-19.

That happened to us before, and was successfully managed.We aren't too concerned with managing the administrative part of the business remotely, as we use software for this (Buildium), and are already fully digital as much as we can be with e-leasing, maintenance requests online, emails, all electronic payments from residents, etc.

I would stay far away from those marketing companies that offer to create and run your social media marketing for you. 

@John Ed The reason there is not more “blood in the streets” is because nonpayment of rent hasn’t actually changed much from last year despite the overhype by the media ... and politicians (national and local).  

Nothing fancy i’m using this unfortunate event that happened to me I making a positive video Vlogging the and documenting the whole come up from ground zero to success and on-all social media platform and posting everything online working with YouTube and showing people that when you hit rock bottom You can’t give up And show them how I fight and get back on top but sometimes you have to swallow your pride and ask for help ...my backs is against the wall I’m about to lose it all so I’m reaching out to you and  with a blessing of bigger pockets And you investors can you guys help me thank you God bless

Other ideas I've heard is to hit up people on social media like linked in and through hashtags on instagram.Does anyone have any other ideas?
