I use Zelle to collect rents each month electronically and it works very well. 

Electronic payments can be reversed at anytime for many months after receiving it. 

How with the increase in AI uses, both text (ChatGPT) and Art, how soon do you think it will be till we can have AI make floorplans for permitting?

On the east side is where it gets tricky, you have University Circle and Little Italy which is where Case Western, Cleveland Clinic, Art Institute, etc. are located which are highly desirable areas but they came at a very high price.

Fear of what could happen, the unknown.The over analysis is the art of to trying to increase your confidence by identifying every possible use case to relinquish concerns.

From there, I slowly learned the art of flipping and eventually ground-up construction.
