So any leads in that direction will be very valuable to the right investors, it's called "bird dogging".

Cool, they'll sneak in a cat or dog anyway.

In my experience its often a sales person or someone casing the house with a 'did you see my dog'  'I broke down somewhere, can I use your phone'  or a missionary wanting to convert me. 

The only worry is predator birds like owls, falcons etc. or egg-suck dogs.

I did this once (in writing saying as long as there are no damages that would be okay.......) and I’ll never ever do it again.... they left the entire place full of belongings, trash, dog poop, broken glass, cupboard knobs in garbage disposal, wax warmer wax down the sinks, and much much more......

I double down with podcasts on my morning walk with the dog and researching markets at night.

Service dogs are highly, and specifically trained to perform assistance for the person that owns it.
