Just thinking creatively here...Question for lenders: Would it be possible to put the title of the property in the name of an LLC?

In my purchase contract does it have to say purchase for $9k that way the back taxes get paid or could I leave it at $8k for which is our agreed price And have the title company sort this out?

They won't "be on title", since you're "not on title".

Always do transfers through an escrow agent in the US (or Canada or Europe for that matter, depending on where you are based), who knows business in Mexico: never release any money, unless all documents, title, property clearing is in place.

Do I need an agent to close or just the seller, me, the buyer & title company?

Do I write up a seperate agreement between myself and her to include these items ; does an attorney do this or a title company ?
