I've spent the last two days working like a legal secretary putting together my evidence that I didn't violate her federally protected rights.Even if HUD finds I did nothing wrong, she still has the right to SUE me and my family in federal court for two years from the alleged date of discrimination.

Another alternative would be taking her to court- but if you have enough experience, you'll realize that it's a total waste of your time, and nobody will benefit in the end.
