They kick butt in the market and dont have to sweat, worry about anything - they go about their business.But lenders these days have many overlays - so depending on the bank it helps to know where I can get a deal done rather than "rate" which is important.For example, I could run a FHA deal through DU get an approval and have the overlays make the deal dead.
