Especially in a place like NC where hurricanes and lots of rain can do a lot of damage to a roof in one year.

THe place is well done, newer cabinets, tile floors, block construction, dual pane windows, etc. 

I am looking to make an offer on a 3/1 house with a 1/1 guest suite directly below the house and is a block away from the beach with a beach view.

Or a tenant that fails to pay their last month of rent, leaves the place with $8,000 in damages, and it takes you two months to renovate and find a new renter?

One of my tenants living in the basement units stopped paying after Ida quoting her mattress and some other stuff was damaged.

My point is, being the new kid on the block isn't always easy!

Personally I’d be more worried about the cats and the damage their stink can cause than a small dog.
