No one knows.The important thing is to buy right regardless of what the market does and be prepared financially so that you will actually THRIVE and become even more successful when the real estate market crashes.

If your tax preparer knows his/her stuff it will be displayed correctly and reported correctly on your return so you don't get a matching error.
