Once you have a seller's home under contract, what is the best way to find buyers/investors?

The seller may be willing to carry the contract for a couple years to let you make improvements and get rents up to market so you can then refinance.  

I was able to use all of the tools necessary to succeed, his contracts, forms, contacts.

(Not sure why that matters)  The form stated:"Total amount to pay off contract in full" $____   We filled in the principal due."

I'm new to wholesaling and I'm looking for a real estate attorney in md or dc that's familar with wholesaling or reviewing/drafting wholesaling contracts.

Oh and if anyone knows any real estate attorneys in the md/ dc area who are familiar with reviewing or drafting wholesale contracts, PLEEEEASE send them my way!!

I called a couple of places and they say I could be on the phone while they sign the contract and everything.
