Newbie from Laurel, MD

Hey everyone, I'm Delrie from Laurel MD. But just call me Del for short. I'm a full time occupational therapy assistant but i've really been itching to get more serious about real estate for awhile now. I own a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home that i currently house hack by renting it out to 2 tenants. I recently took the leap of faith and got started up with a wholesaling mentorship program so i can eventually become a full time wholesaler. I'd love to network with some of the local real estate investors in my area!. Oh and if anyone knows any real estate attorneys in the md/ dc area who are familiar with reviewing or drafting wholesale contracts, PLEEEEASE send them my way!! I'm so excited to join this community!
