I must then take the time factor into consideration along with the cost/sq ft to decide to wait and have it treated or just strip and replace all drywall.Therefore I also asked about a spray or dust application that could be put between the new drywall and the studs that will help absorb anything that is currently affecting the woods and or other metals?
