I personally find it comprehensive an All-In-One solution...although the tenant option to report to credit bureau is not currently available.

If your property is legally allowed as an STR, then it's just a simple form to get the permit and pay the taxes (not only General Excise Tax as mentioned above but also Transient Accommodation Taxes for both the county and state).The second is a bit trickier and that's making sure that the property is legally allowed as an STR.

You are required to make a "Reasonable Accommodation".

Oh...and also, use are usually structuring our purchase price to accommodate for that 75% loan we get. 

Try to accommodate their schedule, if possible.

Hmmm, I didn't realize State laws like "foreclosure avoidance is a criminal act", excise tax on all property sales, the tax costs from the tunnel in Seattle, funding the ferry system, increasing gas taxes to accommodate the heavy traffic in Seattle etc don't affect Wenatchee, Spokane and the rest of the eastside.

What kind of guests do I want to accommodate?

You will still need to focus on your operations and providing a five-star accommodation and service experience to your guests.
