Jacksonville ranked 440 overall, but in the Jobs and Growth category it ranked 506 (and this was before the USMC commandant announced force reductions in the coming years).I love Wilmington and think that the city and the surrounding areas close enough for commuting distance are going to see a lot of growth in the coming years, but I am staying clear of Jacksonville and Richlands areas.

We prefer small multi-family; however, this was a good base hit type opportunity to kick-off our long distance investing in a great elementary school district.

Smaller universities where class sizes are small and many students commute I think will resume in person classes. 

We decided we'd like to live in Columbia and make the relatively short commute into Sumter everyday.

Looks like people who live in Fort worth also may commute to Dallas too.

I found several residential lot around $4,000 - 6,000 with 8,000-9,000 sqft around Lake Livingston, TX , walk-in distance to community boat ramp.Is that that cheap?
