$4,000 for 8,000 sqft, Lake Livington: Is it cheap?
Hi all,
I am seeking advice from all experts here.
I would like to purchase a residential lot, lake area (can’t afford lakefront or waterfront), to build my dream house.
I found several residential lot around $4,000 - 6,000 with 8,000-9,000 sqft around Lake Livingston, TX , walk-in distance to community boat ramp.
Is that that cheap? Some waterfront lot is around $70k. I am so confused.
What do you think?
Thank you in advance.
