If you are doing a flip where the kitchen or bath had to be redone, then Ikea stuff looks nice, and it would sure look better than moldy mousy cabinets and a stained sink.However, on kitchens, unless you need to change the configuration of the cabiets, you can work miracles with paint, new hardware, and new countertops.There are only a couple of times when I will remove existing cabinets, which are: They are in the wrong place.

She choose not to do this and benefited from it by not having to pay tax on those funds, unfortunately, she also looses all the benefits that comes along with reporting that income to the government and one of those happens to be showing that she has been a law abiding citizen by paying what she is suppose to.
