A plan for the day, week, month year and life in general.

Keep in mind not everyone starts their relationships at the same financial point in their life or manages their money the same.

As a retiring life/time educator, I'm starting a business focusing on buying, rehabbing and flipping distressed homes.  

For someone just starting out in life and very early in their career it may be beneficial (and also depending if you are planning on staying in said field as you progress through life). 

I've been in construction most of my life, got into real estate about 10 years ago.

One thing I have learned in life is that the soft people get paid last.

I don't buy them that's for later in life.. but they have been talking about higher interest rates fir a very very long time now.The low rates,are what's keeping our very weak economy barely on its feet.

But I'm really interested to improve my family's life.

I have subscribed to BiggerPockets since last March, I have been reading the books suggested, I listen to all the podcasts, I m participating to the webinars, go to investors meeting, I even have TWO mentors AND I m pulling money out of my life insurance so I have cash ready to go!
