Empty Lots - Are they worth it?

There is of course taking into account the area and if it is getting some life pumped back into it, sure you might have a builder or buyer wanting to put a house on it.I would love to hear from anyone with experience on holding on to an empty lot and just taking the hit on the taxes until you can sell for a large price.

If it escalates, text may or may not be allowed in court, your written/delivered notice is.I hate using text for business issues and try to avoid it....even though yes, it is a legal form of communication in most states I believe...It just seems juvenile to me and I have heard (from people that are in the business) that in court, email communications are considered much better.I have a deal going on right now where the buyer's representative (younger guy) communicates mainly via text.

If I want to see a property that is on the market I simply call the selling agent and explain I am an investor, send over preapproval from my private lender and they show me the house.

@Marty Howie Hi Marty...I'm currently working with a couple of other Canadians purchase here in San Diego and they are going the DSCR route and lender doesn't require having a local or US based bank account as a lot of times the banks used by the buyers are usually based both in Canada and US.
