It’s bone chilling cold almost no one moves this time of year .

For my state, cold water cannot be charged to the tenant as you have to provide that for them as a minimal requirement for living such as windows and door for rooms.

I am willing to provide sweat equity (photographer, cold calls, emails) in order to learn more about the process!

Once you break through the frost layer (thickness varies depending on severity of the conditions and how long things have been cold) it's essentially just normal digging/installation.

I was going to cut my agent in based on that reply, he's submitted tons of offers and it'd be a nice way to compensate him.FSBO cold calling is definitely a viable way to source deals.

I would say that since you see a lot of snow in the area, a garage would be a big plus for tenants (not having to scrape ice off cars in the morning, walk outside in the cold to the car, etc.).
