In a previous life I worked for Yahoo in Silicon Valley as an analyst, so I am pretty good at crunching numbers and know Excel very well (pivot tables are my favorite)!

It is a very different thing to sit down in your licensing class and read what the law is, then to see in life how the law is actually applied.

I want to start as young as possible so I can have more experience and live more of my life.

I have heard the average life of water heaters is approximately 15 years so we are nearing the end of its life.

I just want to make good decisions going in to better set me up for later in life.

I live in Sacramento but have family in San Diego and would love to end up down there later in life.  

I'm passionate about helping people achieve financial freedom and believe that building wealth is a great way to achieve freedom and control from outside influences on your life and ambitions. 

Of course, your stage of life and financial position does matter with this decision.  

My father sold cars all his life (retired) and the last 10 years or so selling told me that if they (the dealership) didn't sell cars to people with wrecked credit and horrendous scores, they wouldn't sell any cars, period.
