I have a landlord in Wichita Ks with health problems looking to sell his 9 duplexes.

She owned the property for nearly 30 years but her health is failing and the medical bills are piling up.

I've been reading books on financial independence,mental health etc.

I currently reside in Brazil, IN just down the interstate and have also been looking into Terre Haute for investment opportunities as it looks like a good cashflow market with good growth as it gets developed more and the battery factory comes in.

What about the new battery plant being built?
