I thought I'd send letters to see if I could find someone interested in selling their multi-unit properties and when I went to the Champaign County's website to lookup the owner addresses for some properties I've identified, I ran across this one.

He signs paperwork saying he has vacated. you do move out and charge damages as noted and send him letter with those charges.. if he doesn't pay then small claims court.

I've also heard that while on maternity leave, it is possible to get pre-approved providing there's a letter from her company stating that she will be back to work at a certain date.Just wondering if anyone has gone down this path and would like to share any suggestions or advice.Thanks in advance!
