The problem here, is thinking you pay a Mentor...and you automatically start making millions.Why would anyone not assume you need more education after your Mentor starts you off (and hopefully doesn't drop you after the formal training is over)?

It is very easy to do anything (user friendly) AND you get an emal address assigned to your CRM, so when you are communicating with your guests through whatever email program you use, you can BCC your CRM, and it will automatically put the email communication into their contact record. 

A site like BP will not automatically drive business your way, you have to get out there and build your business the old-fashioned way- through hard work!

I do Craiglist, Zillow, Trulia, homes and some other websites that automatically add my listings when I put it on MLS.But this is a great idea, I have received phone calls from other states, they are moving to Houston for job.I'll keep it in mind.

. :)  The thing with Earnest Money is that there is typically not an automatic person who receives it. 

If it is not possible, the software will automatically designate the loss as carry-forward and complete Form 8582 that will be sent to the IRS when you eFile.

Once I started doing my due diligence on him and his products and services his tone changed and turned to sleazy push back telling me how he does not need me or my money, does not need me in his portfolio, how he can pick up the phone and in one phone call sell any of his properties to his clients, and that he demanded my trust and no longer has to work for trust, that it should be given to him now automatically.
