Who here is local to the Raleigh, NC market and has done a good job of establishing automations in their real estate business?

I'm curious if any channel manager software will automatically create door lock codes for guests?  We have Yale/Nest door locks on our vacation rentals.Thanks in advance for your help.- Dale

It would be amazing for a lot of this to be automated in some way so many if not all transactions are sent to a document/app all in one place for easy organization for taxes.Does anyone have someone they can recommend?

Problem with Zillow is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."

At the moment what I need is a website where I can list all my vacant properties, create workflows for rental applications, automated payments and ideally a website that can be an API for my Rent Manager database.

I'm always looking to automate stuff in my life, it would be cool to just type a tenant name or property address and have it bring up everything I uploaded in order 

I set my communication up through Guesty to automate booking and task notifications for my cleaner.
