Hey Bill,Since it was renovated before leasing, I don’t anticipate too much would need to be done.

@Jamiru Mutebi  One con is liability just make sure you have the right insurance to cover this and consider egress requirements when you build as they can add alot to anticipated costs  depending on your setup.   

I was nervous at first given the crazy market and low interest rates, however, thanks to my team I was able to get an even better deal than I had anticipated.

You can find good deals to invest in with good returns and you can anticipate the property value to increase as well. 

However, an anticipated decrease in interest rates later this year could boost long-term returns.

As the market waits in anticipation for the Fed to act, trying to guess when this may be, rates will likely be volatile, yet range bound.

My last inspection report alarmed me more than anticipated.

Turn key is fine, but if you need to sell sometime sooner than anticipated likely losing money. 

It never will be so have confidence in yourself that you will figure out how to over come any issues you somehow didn't anticipate.
