I've looked at the AirDNA data and Rentometer but there isn't much data in my area for that size of a home, new construction that people are renting in the luxury space as it's nearly a $2M spec.

Mine was in many areas of finance including financial planning.

I am located at Central Florida area, and I believe that even with the high prices, higher interest rates and huge supply of real state down here, still out here many great opportunities.The market still hot, we just need to adjust the approach..... at least are my guts feelings.v/r

There are some areas of the country that don't have an MLS so not everyone joins a board.

I have seen older articles on these areas but wanted to get a more recent opinion. 

Orlando is a phenomenal area for investing. 

However, I am running into a lot of questions about how I will started in my local area of Phoenix.

I am looking to seller finance my rental home to a married couple, however i we are looking for reputable law firms/ attorneys in the bay area who have experience in Seller Financing transaction.

Because they are a professionally licensed business, a judge will hold them more accountable than you.

The one place that still imo offers a good combo of being nice, being affordable and having a little upside left imo is the eastern shore of Md, I just bought a flip down there (though it’s pretty hard if not impossible to find great value add even there) but it’s affordable, growing (a lot of people coming from dc, New York, Philly area.) but still not really a big enough market that any major operators are out there yet.
