Risk v Reward, very small upside in my opinion.

Buyers that are willing to navigate these choppy waters may be rewarded with significantly higher returns or may end up having regrets about their decision. 

While there is no way to say what is worth it to you, ultimately all investing comes down to risk and reward. 

Finding the off-market stuff is the challenging part these days, but it's also SO rewarding once you find it!
