I'd primarily be looking for candidate properties through my Agent/MLS and also off market properties available via wholesalers in the area.As I begin this process, I will building my team and will be looking to get referrals on general contractors, a lawyer, and title company, as well as networking here on BP and at local meetups to find possible sources of capital, JV partners, and potential off market deals.

I had a real estate broker license for about 30 years but I never did that full time.Always remember to do the math analysis on your prospects and try to look at them before you make an offer or at least have a clause in the sales contract that allows you the time (usually about 15 days) to make a detailed inspection of the subject property and possibly back out of the deal without a penalty that will excessively hurt you.There is so much to say to you but I am bound to forget something.

Transitioning to a new firm, but want to keep it as simple as possible before I move over, so I don't have to pay exorbitant fees, because regular accountants cannot take care of international stuff!
