I have had legitimate folks ask to see my place in person for a 5 week rental and I did a FaceTime tour with another that was out of town.  

Here are my main concerns:Cash flow concerns: Based on my current mortgage and projected rent, I'd be looking at negative cash flow unless I refinance in a few years.

Hey @Tanya Maslach - Based on my experience, the winter months in Colorado present an excellent opportunity for investors.

However, the property taxes increases in my area and now the rent no longer covers the mortgage.

My experience has been it's just those very few tenants that make your life hell.

I funded a 80 lot project there a few years back and my client flipped to DR and did quite well.

To me this is my chance to give a donation as I will never see this money again.Share your thoughts, would any of you consider this?
