I've been eyeballing Albany from afar (grew up there) but curious to hear what kinds of numbers it takes to make a deal there work. 

(I grew up in Oklahoma and have  a  home in Norman.)  

Also, they used wood that grew naturally, no fertilizer to speed up the growth.

A lot of people were born there and grew up there and want to stay.So, I'm just saying that what may look like a war zone from the outside, may not necessarily look that way, once you've taken a closer look and met people.

I am saddled with 100K in debt and the payments stink but I also realize I had some of the best years of my life, I grew tremendously, and I even learned a few things.
