Wanted to know if it's possible to send a tenant to collections after a move out/ evictions for additional charges the security deposit didn't cover.

All that's due is the security deposit, for you to return as long as no damages to the property. 

Window units, no central air.Rents are on par with the area but updated units are going for close about $1,200 for 1/1 and $1,350 for 2/1.

.: The available/start date is the day the unit is ready for a tenant to occupy.

My new tenant was moving in soon, and I didn't have weeks for the granite crew to come and make a template, go back to the shop and cut the granite, etc.
