When you have a regular maid, a regular gardener or even a regular handyman, who are not independent contractors, licensed and insured, in case of accident, they "may" come after you based on the "regularity" of their employment.

Now if I had a high(er) quality production video that I viewed as a buyer and the property was freshly rehabbed, pretty, turn-key, etc. then I would probably ask for permission to use it.

Somethings we do are offer grocery gift cards for our tenants when they move in, supply a community garden space where tenants can plant their own vegetables, and ask great tenants if they have any friends or relatives that would be interested in living in the building (traits are often shared among the five people you are closest with).Closing thoughts: it is always cheaper to have a vacant unit than one that is filled with a bad tenant who is looking for the cheapest rent.

Where to live depends upon their personalities, of course, but I would recommend--for a couple working at those two hospital in the city, to live either Uptown, the Garden District, the Lower Garden District, the Irish Channel, Mid-City, or Bayou St.
