It doesn’t have to be a PR (remember a non-judicial foreclosure trustee sells at trustee sale; a partition referee sells with court order; a tax collector sis grated power of sale under State constitution, etc.Should a surplus (excess proceeds) be generated by any voluntary or involuntary sale, those funds are now available to chase by fiduciaries, other entitle persons, secured creditors of decedent, and down the food chain ending up with an heir or beneficiary class.In all, dealing with heirs can be frustrating because they are often so naive and driven by emotions of how they think the world ‘should’ work. 

I had to pay for cross country travel for over 3,000 miles including intermediate hotel stays and food upfront.

But like I said, I'm a newbie, this is just food for thought.

I know property managers have their hands full and operate on small profit margins and I don’t expect her to cater to my ever need but I feel like the lack of communication really frustrates me.

There are also some apple, pear, pecan and walnut trees in the woods for other food sources.What are your 2 cents on this idea?

Cheap dog food and table scraps.  

Im getting close to being 18 now in the spring, and I have saved up 28,000 in total, I worked a local fast food for 8 months and recently quit.

My idea was to pick up a night job, then when I could pick up a day job and grind it out for a year, as I currently pay $300- 0 for rent and food, but as I've looked into actually putting the plan into action, I'm seeing it is way more unlikely than once originally expected. 

Over them next 3 months they buy everything with that card, and I mean every thing from Food to gas to paying the water bill.
